For independent Canadian advisors

Every carrier's quote, side by side, on one file.

You already get the numbers from Manulife, GMS, Travelance, RIMI and the rest. insureflo is where they sit together — with the policy, the renewal date, the questionnaire the client filled in, and what the statement actually paid you.

Why it exists

The work isn't the selling. It's remembering.

Most of an advisor's risk sits in the gap between a conversation and a record. These are the three that cost real money.

Renewal lapsed
A policy comes up and nobody sees it

Four carriers, four portals, four renewal dates, and a spreadsheet that was accurate in March. The client finds out when the coverage has already ended.

Disputed later
"I never told you about that condition"

A claim is questioned and the only evidence is what somebody remembers of a phone call eleven months ago. Written answers, dated and consented to, are a different conversation entirely.

Never reconciled
Commission statements nobody checks

The money arrives in lumps against policy numbers. Knowing what was expected, what landed, and what was clawed back after a cancellation takes an afternoon — so it doesn't get done.

What it does

It keeps the record. The carriers keep the maths.

insureflo doesn't rate, quote or price anything — their software already does that, and does it properly. This is where what they produced gets written down and stays findable.

Quotes

Every carrier on one page

Options from several providers against one client, sorted by premium, deductible or coverage. Mark the one they chose and turn it into a policy without retyping it.

Renewals

Nothing is flagged as "due"

A policy leaves the list because of what happened to it — renewed, replaced, or not renewed with a reason. No badge to clear and no list to maintain.

Evidence

A questionnaire that can't be edited

Send a single-use link. What comes back is stored exactly as received, with the date they confirmed it was accurate and consented. Not even you can change it afterwards.

Commissions

Expected, received, clawed back

Record what the statement paid against the policy that earned it. Totals by year, by carrier and by client — net of clawbacks, because a cancelled policy isn't income.

Your practice

Licence, E&O and CE in one place

Renewal dates, carrier contracts, and a certificate against each course. Standing shows at a glance — and if you run a firm, you can see your advisors' without asking.

Calendar

Appointments, beside what's already dated

Book a client meeting and see it next to renewals, reviews and tasks. Subscribe once from Google, Outlook or Apple and it follows you onto every device.

Who it's for

One advisor, or a firm with a dozen.

The same product. What changes is who can see whose book, and that's a setting rather than a different plan.

Working on your own

Your whole book, nobody else's business

You're the owner, the advisor and the admin. Nothing asks you to set up a team you don't have.

  • Clients, quotes, policies and renewals from day one
  • Your own licence, E&O and CE record kept beside the book
  • Add an assistant later without moving anything

Running a firm

Shared book, or each advisor's own

Choose whether advisors see everything or only their own clients. Owners and administrators always see the whole firm.

  • Advisors, assistants and read-only roles
  • Workload and compliance standing across the team
  • When somebody leaves, their book has to be handed over — the software insists

Your clients' information

Health answers are not ours to read.

A visitor and travel book means medical questionnaires about real people. That shaped how this was built, not just what the policy page says.

Stored in Canada

Records live in a Canadian data region. The client's relationship is with your firm, and the questionnaire says so by name — yours, not ours.

Support can't look in

Nobody here can open your workspace unless you switch it on, for a set number of hours. Health questionnaires need a second, separate tick — and anyone at your firm can stop it.

Your data leaves when you do

Export to CSV any time, without asking. It was never only in our hands.

What it costs

Per advisor. No per-client charge, ever.

Your book growing shouldn't cost you more — that would be a tax on doing well. You pay for the people using it.

  • Every feature, on every accountno tiers
  • Clients, quotes, policies and documentsunlimited
  • Priced by advisor seatmonthly

You'll get the number on the call

insureflo is early and taken on one firm at a time. The firms helping shape it aren't being charged while they do. Ask, and you'll get a straight answer about price and about what isn't built yet.

Get started

Every workspace is set up by hand.

Yours is built before you ever sign in, so you arrive to a product that already fits your firm and someone who knows your name. Write to us and we'll come back to you.

Email us to request access

or write to support@insureflo.ca

Your name, your province, whether you work on your own or in a firm, and what you're keeping records in today. That is enough for us to set the workspace up and come back to you.

What happens next

A reply from a person, usually the same day. If it's a fit we set your workspace up and email you a link to choose a password — there's nothing to install and no card to enter.
